Dark or Shadow energy is also a part of life. It is healthiest when accepted for the wisdom it brings, and allowed it to move through our physical and emotional bodies, and then move on.
When shadow energy is resisted or unconscious, it can get stored (and stuck) and cause issues. When left unaddressed for too long, it can lead to unhappiness, depression and lack of fulfillment in life.
When anything in life is met with love and light instead of resistance, it can be acknowledged, released and then transformed into the higher vibration of love and light.
